Lacee Boschetto

Dr. Lacee R. Boschetto is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Sciences, Technology, and Education at Utah State University. Lacee began her teaching career as a high school family and consumer sciences teacher for twelve years. Since 2016, Dr. Boschetto has served as a teacher educator in the USU Family and Consumer Sciences Education program, where she inspires future educators through her guiding philosophy: “Make it Known, Make it Real, Make it Matter.” Her human-centered approach to teaching has impacted over 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students across a wide range of courses. She has mentored 130 pre-service teachers who have graduated and begun their own teaching careers, including mentoring students completing international student teaching experiences. Lacee has been recognized with numerous teaching awards from her university and multiple professional associations. Dr. Boschetto is proud to be an educator and remains deeply committed to meaningful, student-centered learning, to enhance individuals, families and communities through effective curriculum and instruction.
